Villa Aspen has two apartments equipped to a high standard; A and B. The apartments are similar to each other. Both apartments have three floors and accommodation facilities for 12+2 people.
There haven’t been made any compromises in the interior designs and equipment because everything has been made to answer even the most demanding needs. The three story five star villa has spaces for socializing and for more private stay.
The middle floor big living room, dining area and kitchen invites your whole party to cook together, be together and socialize. During the daytime you can look far away the open fells and, come evening, you might witness the northern lights glow. The fireplace, adjustable lighting and the good-quality sound of the Genelec sound system set the mood.
In the sauna rooms on the entrance floor, you can enjoy the warmth of the flickering
starry sky lighting. After the sauna, you can relax in the lounge area, where you can cool off with cold drinks, watch TV and listen to music.
Six two-person bedrooms with every single one having their own Android-televisions offer privacy. Quality beds and fluffy pillows and duvet will send you into a goodnight sleep. All of the bedrooms have a lot of storage room.
The villa has wifi. The villa’s front door works with a code so everyone can come and go as they wish. Final clean-up is always included in the rent price.
On the entrance floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a lounge, one bedroom, two separate toilets, dressing room, washroom, sauna and cloakroom.
The middle floor has a living room, dining area and a kitchen. A door to the terrace from the living room. Additionally the middle floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the top floor there’s a lobby, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Villa Aspen is located in Levi’s South Slope at Rinnepolku 1, 99130 Sirkka.
The villa is six kilometers from downton Levi, 10 kilometers to Kittilä Airport, 80 kilometers to Kolari railway station and 165 kilometers to Rovaniemi railway station.
There is only 200 meters to the slope and 300 meters to the nearest slope restaurant. South Point-center and skibus-stop are located 700 meters from the villa. Ski trails and snowmobile trails start next to South Point.
